Overview

- Oversee and optimize brand presence across all D2C channels.
- Manage product listings, pricing, catalog updates, images, and content to ensure brand consistency.
- Implement strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and customer retention on brand websites.
- Handle day-to-day operations and sales across Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with platform account managers for campaigns, promotions, and visibility.
- Ensure real-time stock availability and smooth order fulfillment.
- Track and analyze platform performance (traffic, sales, ROI of campaigns).
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor competition and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and design teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure timely product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage returns, claims, and SLAs with platforms to maintain service quality.
